HOMEMADE PASTA

I've been wanting to make homemade pasta for so long, but for some reason, I wasn't able to find the right time to do it until last Thursday. It was a revelation for me to know that I've been wasting money buying pasta when I can make it at home. I got all the ingredients and it takes only less than 30 minutes to make by hand and pizza slicer. Maybe if I have a pasta maker, I can make it much faster. I got the recipe here. It was so easy and the chance to fail is 1%. When the moment of truth came (when I scooped it from the boiling water) I was so happy to see that the pasta didn't stick to each other. It was magic. I was able to make a homemade pasta. The best part for me was when I was cooking it together with the pasta sauce, it looked like store-bought pasta. I seriously encourage you to try it for yourself. 

I couldn't stop gushing about how good it was when we were eating it. The best pasta I ever tasted because I made it myself.
