Who doesn't love pancakes in the morning? Such a classic breakfast comfort food. But this day, Pancake mix in the grocery is a thing of the past. I wasn't able to find a single box before the lockdown and we are all craving for it. Good thing, I was able to find this treasure recipe. It was good. I made several batches and put them in a ziplock. Now, I can have pancakes any time of the day.
