Woke up late today, but I feel well-rested, which's why I decided to serve brunch à la commercial café. Took me an hour to prepare all of this. While I waited for the water to boil for the pasta noodles, I toasted the bread and made the sandwich. Then, I mixed the salad dressing with mixed greens and topped it with farmer's ham and parmesan cheese. The pasta sauce, which I cook last (it's supposed to be at the same time as the pasta noodles, but I'm too lazy to wash 2 pans), is just garlic, tomatoes, and bell peppers sautéed in coconut oil. Then, I add longganisa and cook until it changes color. Then, add tomato paste and continue cooking for about 2-3 minutes. Add the cooked pasta noodles. Lastly, add mixed herbs and olive oil and mix together. Cook for another 2 minutes. Serve with a sandwich and Salad.
