Another kitchen experiment. Just mix them all together and enjoy. 

Ingredients: 
1 can Yellowfin tuna chunks in brine, drained (Delimundo brand)
1 small onion, minced 
1 tbsp sweet pickle relish 
Japanese mayonnaise (Kewpie brand)
Peppercorn medley 
1/2 tsp washed sugar 
1 Big pear, cut into chunks 
Celery stalk, minced
1 tsp Korean Apple Cider Vinegar (Ottogi brand)

Wow! I can't believe it's been a month already since I shared what's on my shelf. August passed by just like that because we spent most of our time staying indoors due to the non-stop rain and flooding. It was a nightmare, especially for those who were affected severely. And as of this writing, we are still dealing with rain after two good days of sunshine. 

This month, I decided to focus on reading more ARC books from NetGalley. I wanted to fill my Goodreads with book reviews. A very positive effect on joining a small local book club. 
I'm done with "The Problem with Wishes and A Perfect Lie". I really had fun reading these two books. Today, I started reading "Nobody Told Me That".
