As someone who loves to read labels (especially food), this is a good explanation of Natural and Artificial flavors. 

We do have an old refrigerator as a pantry, and I have to say that, having all our supplies in one area, keeps me sane. That is not the case, many years ago. I decided to be brutal with my organizing and never regret it to this day.
