HUBBY'S SANDWHICH

To show my deep affection for my dearest better half, one of my favorite things is to make him a sandwich. Not just the regular Ham+Cheese-kind-of-sandwich, but the one that we usually buy at a cafe or restaurant. 

Hubby's job (they are WFH set up) is very challenging and analytical. The stress level is sometimes over the top. I don't want him to get sick. I always remind him to eat his lunch on time, but sometimes there are days that his workload prevents him from leaving his desk for a proper lunch in our dining room. 

The solution for our dilemma was to make him a sandwich again* so that he can grab it from our refrigerator and just eat it at his desk. Here's my version of a 7-11 sandwich.
