SESAME PORK TOFU STIR-FRY

Hubby doesn't like eating tofu but I love it so much. To compromise, I need to mix a bit of meat into it to become palatable to him. For tonight's dinner, He totally loves this dish. 

Ingredients:
Firm tofu, sliced into squares
1 white onion, chopped
2 red bell pepper, cut into strips
ground pork
coconut oil for frying
1 tsp of dark soy sauce
1 tsp honey
a dash of sugar
a dash of black ground pepper
sesame oil, drizzle 
korean toasted sesame seeds
quickmelt cheese

Pan-fry tofu in hot oil just until golden brown then Set aside. In a frying pan or wok, heat the coconut oil. Sauté the ground pork then add onion and cook until fragrant. Add the cooked tofu and red bell peppers. Mix until well combined. Lastly, Season with dark soy sauce, honey, sugar and black ground pepper then mix again. cook for 5 minutes. Before serving, drizzle sesame oil and sesame seeds then topped with quickmelt cheese. Cover. Serve immediately.
