CALAMANSI ICE CUBES

 

The reason why I arrived at this moment was because I was so tired of buying, cleaning, and storing (properly according to Google and other people I read online) Calamansi fruit and somehow I still ended up with rotten ones before I used it. I'm so frustrated and mad as I hate wasting food. I can't remember if it's Threads or YouTube where I found this great tip for storing fresh calamansi juice in a freezer using an ice cube tray. Whoever shared this valuable information, Thank you and bless your heart. It was a game-changer for me. I no longer worry about rotten calamansi and also no more squeezing each time I need it. I just need to get a cube and leave it unfrozen either on its own or by mixing it with cold or hot water.
