Bacon Shrimp Macaroni Pasta

 

Too tired (done a couple of household chores throughout the day) to cook that's why this is our last night's dinner. 30 minutes later, we enjoy a quiet night with a bowl of pasta. 

Ingredients: 
500grams Macaroni Pasta
Bacon, chopped 
Shrimp, peeled and cleaned 
2 Red Bell Peppers, cut into strips 
1 garlic head, minced 
2 tbsp olive oil 
1 tsp parsley flakes 
1 tsp dried basil leaves 
salt and pepper to taste 
Cheddar Cheese, grated

Instructions: 
Cook pasta according here. Drain. Set aside. Heat oil then sauté garlic for about 1-2 minutes. Add bacon and shrimp. Cook until it changes its color. Add bell pepper. Cook until tender. Season with pepper, parsley flakes, dried basil leaves and salt. Cook for another 3 minutes. Grate Cheddar Cheese. Serve immediately.
