SO GOOD
I had doubts when I first read the recipe for roasted radish. We all know the taste of this root vegetable and it is not good. It is an acquired taste, to say the least. But boy, I was wrong. So wrong. Radish+olive oil+butter and tons of garlic are so divine and good you will ask yourself, why? Why have I not thought of this before? That’s how good it is. :)
