Fluffy French Toast

The reason why I created our monthly menu is, I want to try new recipes. And this recipe for Fluffy French Toast is surprisingly good. I was expecting it to be sweet, but it's not. I'm really glad that you have the choice to eat it as is or you can add a bit of syrup or for us, honey from Ing's Wild Honey by BooBee. The perfect pair was Libby's corned beef. It brings back childhood memories with hubby.
