Porkchop Curry

 

Years ago, I shared the chicken version of this recipe which I found in a local food magazine. It was good and I don't know why it took me a while to cook it again. Maybe out of laziness or something else. Anyway, instead of using the same ingredients, I just add a ready-mix curry powder and marinate the pork chop pieces overnight and that's it. How simple is that? So simple you can make this half asleep.
