Ampalaya with Quail Eggs
Ingredients:1 piece onion, chopped2 cloves garlic, minced2 pieces tomatoes, chopped1 sachet maggi magic sarap2 pieces medium ampalaya, sliced1 piece red bell pepper,1 dozen quail eggs, shelled and boiledInstructions:In a pan, sauté onions and garlic, and tomatoes. Add bell pepper and cooked ampalaya. Continue sautéing until vegetables are cooked. Add boiled eggs, seasoning granules, pepper, salt, and a bit of sugar. Mix and serve.
