Ampalaya with Quail Eggs

 

Ingredients:
1 piece onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 pieces tomatoes, chopped
1 sachet maggi magic sarap
2 pieces medium ampalaya, sliced
1 piece red bell pepper,
1 dozen quail eggs, shelled and boiled

Instructions:
In a pan, sauté onions and garlic, and tomatoes. Add bell pepper and cooked ampalaya. Continue sautéing until vegetables are cooked. Add boiled eggs, seasoning granules, pepper, salt, and a bit of sugar. Mix and serve.
