Breaded Shrimp

 

Last month, my sister and her husband went to Baler, Aurora. She raved about the foods they ate while they were there. One of them was the fried shrimp they ate @ Gerry Shan’s Place. She wanted me to replicate it and here's my version.

The verdict: She loves it!
