Basil Chicken Pasta

The ingredients are the same as the Lazy pasta and Pamplona pasta with a few changes. Instead of using Pamplona sausages, I decided to add Chicken pieces marinated in olive oil & basil leaves.

Ingredients: 1-2 Chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces 2 tbsp Olive oil 4 garlic cloves, minced 1 white onion, chopped 3 tomatoes, chopped sugar, pepper, and salt to taste 250 grams of cooked angel pasta Marinade: 2 tbsp Olive oil 4 garlic cloves, minced Dried basil leaves Pepper & sugar Instructions: Cut the chicken into small bite-sized pieces. Mix together the oil, basil leaves, pepper, sugar, and garlic in a bowl. Transfer the marinade to a plastic bag with the chicken and shake to combine. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours and up to 12 hours.
Cook angel pasta according to package directions. Drain. Set aside. Heat oil then sauté garlic and onion for about 1-2 minutes. Add marinated chicken and cook until it changes its color. Add tomato. Cook until the tomato is tender. Season with salt, pepper, and sugar. Cook for another 3 minutes. Topped with cheese then serve.
