Ginisang Munggo

 

There's nothing more comforting to me than a bowl of rice and sauté mung beans. We love this dish so much that I served it once a week. My version only has 7 ingredients.

Ingredients: 1 cup munggo beans 2 cloves garlic, minced 1 onion, chopped 3 cups water 1 cup pork broth 1 cup Alugbati leaves 50 grams chorizo pamplona, cubed Instructions:
Boil mung beans in water until soft. Set aside. In Pan, sauté garlic, onion and chorizo pamplona. Pour in pork broth, boiled mung beans, and Alugbati leaves. Simmer for 5 minutes. Serve hot.
