Tina's Pork Kaldereta

 

I am shy to admit this but I would share it anyway. I dream of having a kapampangan friend. Why? Because they are known for their extraordinary culinary creations. Some of their well-known meat brand product is our go-to breakfast staple, Pampanga's Best tocino, Sweet Ham and Bacon. Their culture and food had been featured countless times in both local and international food shows like No Reservation by Anthony Bourdain, Bizarre Foods by Andrew Zimmern, and lastly who doesn't know Claude Tayag? 

That's why I was very ecstatic when Tina told me that she is a kapampangan. :) most of our conversation is about food. I learned a lot from her. She never hesitates to share her recipes with me and I am thankful for that. I remember telling her that I seldom meet a person who is as passionate as I am about food. Having her as a friend is a blessing. :)
