PORK ADOBO

Hubby's favorite dish and he can eat this every day. :)
Ingredients:1 kilo pork Liempo, cut into chunky cubes½ cup soy sauce1 cup vinegar1/2 cup brown sugar1 large onion, chopped1 head garlic, chopped3 pc laurel½ tbsp peppercorn1 sachet maggi magic sarapInstructions:Mix all ingredients and marinate the pork for 30 minutes to 1 hour. Simmer in pot, keep covered, and cook till pork is tender. Drain meats. Fry meats till crispy. Return to sauce and continue cooking for 5 minutes. Serve with steamed rice.
