PORK ADOBO

 
Hubby's favorite dish and he can eat this every day. :)

Ingredients:
1 kilo pork Liempo, cut into chunky cubes
½ cup soy sauce
1 cup vinegar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 large onion, chopped
1 head garlic, chopped
3 pc laurel
½ tbsp peppercorn
1 sachet maggi magic sarap

Instructions:
Mix all ingredients and marinate the pork for 30 minutes to 1 hour. Simmer in pot, keep covered, and cook till pork is tender. Drain meats. Fry meats till crispy. Return to sauce and continue cooking for 5 minutes. Serve with steamed rice.
